Directions:
From the SF Bay area:
Take Highway 101 north from the San Francisco Bay Area through San Rafael, Santa Rosa and Healdsburg to Highway 128 west, the final exit in Cloverdale.
Take Highway 128 west for approximately 55 miles passing through Yorkville, Boonville and Philo to the junction of the Navarro River Bridge at Highway One.
Take Highway One south at the Navarro River Bridge about 5 miles to the town of Elk.
From the Mendocino coast:
Follow U.S. 1 (the Coast highway) south, past the town of Albion, to where the road drops down nearly to sea level and starts to follow the Navarro river inland (eastward). Turn right to cross the Navarro river bridge. Continue south on Highway 1 for about 5 miles to the town of Elk. Watch for the sign to Greenwood Community Center on your left, near the south end of town.
